We were delighted to be joined by Charlene Seward, a proud member of the local Squamish Nation, who guided this dialogue about Territorial Acknowledgements.
In collaboration with Impact North Shore, NSIIP hosted a 2-part online series to share updated Census 2021 data about changing demographics of North Shore communities.
Monday, March 14 – Friday, March 18, 2022 – This online series was hosted in March 2022 as a collaboration between four Local Immigration Partnerships (Burnaby Intercultural Planning Table, Surrey Local Immigration Partnership, Tri-Cities Local Immigration Partnership & NSIIP).
Tuesday, March 8 & Thursday, March 10 – In collaboration with Impact North Shore colleagues and a community-led design team, NSIIP hosted a 2-part online Community Forum on Anti-Asian Racism attended by over 100 community members.
