CCDI Webinar: Unconscious Bias
Date: August 30, 2016
There are many forces that shape our opinions, and beliefs, which then in turn inform our behaviour, particularly as it relates to valuing diversity.
This session will examine how our perceptions of others are formulated, the entrenchment of bias that may be unconscious and its impact, and finally, how to enhance awareness and reduce the potential for disrespect that bias can engender.
Who should attend:
Employers, managers or leaders interested in increasing their understanding how Unconscious Bias relates to their decision making, leadership culture, and hiring practices.
